Upon initial investigation, when conducting a review of Lightyear Alliance, it appears to be a no-brainer to join as an independent representative because of its seemingly solid foundation as a provider of digital phone services. But after doing more research there may also be a real downside.Lightyear Alliance is a telecommunications provider of VoIP which stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol and is basically digital phone service.
